This service agreement is monthly support contracts for systems using the OpenNA Linux operating system on single or multiple servers. If you have special requirement or if you are looking for a yearly cost estimate using the Advanced Support, then contact us.
This level of service includes the following support types:
- 24x7 Web/Email based support
- Applicable on single or multiple servers

Prices:
USD $132.00 per month for multiple incidents and multiple remote servers administration

OpenNA Linux Installation
- Installation of OpenNA Linux from a supported CDROM drive
- Configuring OpenNA Linux for use with certified or compatible hardware
- Configuration of certified compatible devices
- Removing configured hardware
- Recommending a partition configuration based on usage
- Recommending an installation type based on usage
- Configuring hard drive partition tables
- Configuration of the boot-loader
Remote Terminal Access
- General configuration of terminal server
